Our shortbread recipe is super easy and versatile and we are delighted to share it with you. They are delicious on their own with a cuppa but a bit like buttered Rich Tea biscuits (or is that just me?) they take on a life of their own when dolloped with freshly whipped cream and sharp summer fruits.
