Reviews are in!

We have been re-opened for two weeks and have been really busy, which is fantastic. We are finding our feet, and our guests have been amazingly supportive. Reviews are really important to us as it helps us improve what we do, understand our customers and acts as a much needed motivational tool for our team who have been working so hard to get us up and running smoothly again.

We have been delighted to see that people are really enjoying the new dishes, our decor changes, new uniforms and appreciate the Covid safe measures in place.

Our online reservation system Res Diary contacts guests directly after they have visited us. There are many options available to send us feedback, such as Google, Trip Advisor, and Facebook, to name but a few. We also have our own survey forms available to guests in-house, and of course, nothing beats direct feedback on the day. We ask our guests regularly to put things right as quickly as possible or pass on compliments to our chefs.
