Brunch Recipes French Rooms Granola


3 cups organic oats

1 cup chopped nuts

2 teaspoons chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

½ cup mixed fruit (dried)

1/2 cup Broighter Gold oil

1/2 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup orange juice

To garnish

1/2 tub creamy yoghurt

honey to drizzle

fresh fruit if you have some


Mix all of the above ingredients and place on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven (150 degrees) for 45 minutes and stir every 15 minutes to stop it sticking.

To serve, add some fresh fruit if you have any, served with a dollop of yoghurt and a swirl of honey.
